Paid media management, measured against your sales.

I run your Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads and optimize them to cost per quality lead or validated revenue, not to what the platform reports. Every engagement starts with a website and measurement diagnosis.

What’s included

  • Kickoff diagnosis of your website, tags and conversions.
  • Media plan with budgets and KPIs tied to business results.
  • Campaign management on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, Display), Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Budget control, with automated rules I set and monitor.
  • A live Looker Studio dashboard. Tool costs are included.
  • A written monthly review and a monthly call.
  • Email and WhatsApp, or Slack if your team uses it. I reply within 24 business hours.

What’s not included

  • Creative production. You provide the creatives; I give feedback and basic design direction based on what is performing. I don’t design or edit.
  • Ad spend, which you pay directly to each platform.
  • Fixing restricted or blocked accounts when the issue started before I joined.

Add-ons, quoted separately

  • Tracking implementation: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Conversions API, Google enhanced conversions and TikTok Events API.
  • CRM integration: offline conversion import so Google and Meta optimize for leads that close, not for form fills.

Terms

3-month initial term. It’s a conservative window to see real improvement after the platforms’ learning phase, and it’s negotiable. After that, month to month with 30 days’ notice. Ad accounts, pixels, pages and data stay in your name.
