What you pay, and to whom
- To me: the monthly management fee, invoiced at the start of each month with five business days to pay. Tool costs are included.
- To the platforms: your ad spend, paid directly to Google, Meta and TikTok from accounts in your name. Keep a valid payment method so campaigns don’t pause.
- How to pay me: bank transfer in USD through Wise, or PayPal. With PayPal, the transaction fees are on the client.
Why a flat fee up to US$15,000
A percentage of spend rewards spending more, not selling more. Many agencies charge 10–20% of ad spend. Below US$15,000 a month, a flat fee keeps the incentive where it belongs: on your cost per quality lead or validated revenue. Above that, the account needs more hours, and 10% reflects the work.
Terms
3-month initial term, negotiable. After that, month to month with 30 days’ notice. No setup fee: the kickoff diagnosis is part of management. If a payment is running late, I’ll give you a heads-up and put management on hold until it’s sorted; your campaigns keep running as usual.
